Tumblast type wheel blast machines are suitable for a wide range of components and production demands. This machine is ideal for mass produced small components suitable for tumbling and where batch size requirement is high. The various models offered can cater from 150 kgs/batch to up to 1.2 MT/batch of production rate. The machine manufacturing is precise so that it can be easily integrated with automated loading/unloading systems.
Hydraulic loaders are provided for loading. The bins [of standard sizes] are lifted and tilted to drop all the material inside the blast chamber. The structure is rugged and bolted to the machine and the floor for sturdiness. Special enclosures are provided to avoid any human intervention when the loader is working.
A range of unloading systems like conveyors, bins, etc can be provided for unloading of the blasted components.
